We are always glad to see new children! To enroll your child in our daycare, you need to take a few simple steps:

1. Contact us: You can express your interest in our daycare in any convenient way: through our website, by phone, by email or in person.
2. Sign up for a tour: We encourage all families to visit us to get to know our environment, teachers, and to ask any questions you may have.
3. Fill out the contract: After the tour you can get the contract from us and fill it out.
4. Wait for the admission: If your child is offered a place in our kindergarten, we will contact you and send you a package of documents for registration.
5. Complete the registration: To secure your child's place, please complete the registration forms and pay the deposit before the deadline. We recommend that you read the contract and parental guidance carefully before paying the deposit to ensure that our terms and conditions are suitable for you. Your child's place will be fully secured once we have received the deposit and signed contract.
6. Agree on the starting date of attendance: The date of attending the daycare is agreed upon individually. Payment starts from the date specified in the contract. We understand that circumstances may change and are ready to make appropriate adjustments.

Please note the terms of the contract: We do not require a contract for a specific period. You can stop attending the kindergarten at any time by giving us 30 days' notice. There is a probationary period during the first 30 days, during which the contract can be terminated without notice.

To enroll your child in our daycare, you must make a deposit equal to the cost of two weeks of stay. This deposit is non-refundable and will be credited towards the last two weeks of your child's attendance at the daycare.

The deposit guarantees a place for your child in our group. This is important both for you and for us. You can be sure that a place is reserved for your child, and we can plan our work, knowing how many children will attend the daycare.

Payment for the daycare is made monthly, on the first day of each month. Payment methods and other details will be specified in the registration documents that you will receive after enrolling your child in the daycare.

We understand there can be all kinds of situations in life. If you think that you will not be able to pay for the daycare on time, please contact us as soon as possible. We are always ready to meet you halfway and discuss possible options for resolving the issue.

For families with two or more children attending the daycare, a discount is provided for the second and subsequent children.

From 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.

We are happy to welcome children in the morning from 8 AM to 9 AM. At this time, you can calmly hand over your child to the teacher and discuss all the important points. In the evening, we see the children off to home from 5 PM to 6 PM.

You can bring and pick up your child at any time convenient for you during the working day at the kindergarten. However, we recommend that you avoid, if possible, arrival and departure during the quiet time (usually from 1 PM to 3:30 PM) so as not to disturb other children.

We offer a flexible schedule of attending the daycare. You can choose a convenient time for your child to stay in the daycare, having agreed on it with the administration.

• If your child is unwell or has any signs of illness (fever, cough, runny nose, vomiting, rash), please keep them at home.
• If your child has been diagnosed with an infectious disease (e.g. chickenpox, sore throat, flu), please let us know as soon as possible so that we can take the necessary precautions.
• Children with a temperature of 38°C (100.4°F) or higher must stay at home. They can return to daycare only after they have been fever-free for 24 hours without the use of antipyretics.
• In the event of an outbreak of an infectious disease in the kindergarten, we will follow the recommendations of local health authorities.
• Children who have had an infectious disease can return to daycare only after they have fully recovered and have the permission of a doctor.

• We can only give your child medicine with your written permission. Please fill in a special form stating the name of the medicine, the dosage and instructions for use.
• All medicine must be in its original packaging with a clear label stating the child's name, the name of the medicine and the dosage.
• Medicines will be stored in a safe place out of the reach of children.
• We will keep a record of all medicine given.
• If your child has emergency medicine (such as an inhaler), please let us know and provide instructions for its use.

At our daycare, we require that all children be vaccinated according to the preventive vaccination schedule. This is a prerequisite for attending the kindergarten, which helps protect the health of all children and staff.

• Protected environment: Our daycare is equipped with security systems including child locks, secure gates and controlled entrances to prevent unauthorized access. We have also installed additional gates and locks in key areas to ensure maximum safety for children.
• Constant supervision: Our teachers constantly supervise children both indoors and outdoors. The number of children in groups is small, which allows for each child to receive adequate attention.
• Prepared for emergency: We have clearly developed emergency plans (fire, earthquake, etc.). Our staff is trained in first aid and evacuation.
• Cleanliness and hygiene: We carefully monitor the cleanliness and hygiene of the daycare. We regularly wash and disinfect toys, surfaces and premises. We also follow all necessary sanitary standards when preparing and storing food.
• Safe toys and equipment: We only use child-safe toys and equipment that are appropriate for their age and safety standards.
• Employee background checks: All our employees undergo a thorough background check before hiring, so that we can be sure of their reliability and professionalism.
• Video surveillance: Our daycare has a CCTV system installed, which allows us to monitor the situation in groups and on the territory of the daycare and provide additional safety for children.
• Open communication with parents: We are always available to answer your questions about safety at our daycare. We will also inform you of any incidents or changes regarding the safety of children.

Biting is a common occurrence among young children. However, we take every incident seriously and take steps to prevent it.

What we do:

• We respond immediately: If a child has bitten another, our teachers will immediately intervene to prevent further bites and provide assistance to the injured child.
• We inform parents: We will contact the parents of both children (the one who bit and the one who was bitten) to tell them what happened and discuss further actions.
• We observe and analyze: We will closely observe the child who has bitten another to understand the reasons for this behavior and prevent similar incidents in the future.
• We help and advise: We are ready to give parents recommendations on how to work with the child at home so that they stop biting.
• We maintain confidentiality: We guarantee that all information about children and their families will be kept confidential.
• Our goal is to help children learn to express their emotions and needs in a safe way, without harming themselves or others..

We believe that every child deserves individual attention and care. That is why our daycare has small groups and a sufficient number of teachers.

• For children under 2 years old, the ratio of teachers to children is 1:4. This allows us to provide children with maximum attention and care, help them adapt to daycare and feel comfortable.
• For children over 2 years old, the ratio of teachers to children is 1:6. This allows us to pay enough attention to each child, while creating conditions for communication and interaction in the group.

We are licensed to provide child care through the California Department of Social Services. This license ensures that we meet all safety and quality standards set for daycare centers in our state. You can rest assured that your child is in safe hands!

The health of children is our top priority. To ensure that everyone is comfortable and safe at the daycare, we ask you not to bring your child if he or she is sick. This will help prevent the spread of diseases.

• Fever (38°C and above).
• Unusual lethargy, irritability, constant crying.
• Cough, runny nose (except clear), difficulty breathing.
• Diarrhea, vomiting.
• Mouth ulcers, rash (without a doctor's note that it is not contagious).
• Conjunctivitis.
• Infectious diseases (chickenpox, mumps, measles, roseola, hepatitis A, impetigo, lice, ringworm, scabies, sore throat, scarlet fever, tuberculosis, shingles, etc.).

If your child falls ill at the daycare, we will contact you immediately to pick them up. Please pick up your child within an hour after our call.

The child may return to the daycare only after full recovery. In some cases, a doctor's note may be required.

We ask for your understanding of these rules. They help us maintain the health of all children in the kindergarten.

We know how important healthy and balanced nutrition is for a growing organism. That is why in our kindergarten we offer children tasty and healthy food, prepared with love from quality products.

• Three main meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Two snacks: morning and evening (fruits, berries, yogurts, cookies, etc.).
• Drinks: milk, water (throughout the day), compote.

• Variety: The menu changes every week to ensure that children get all the necessary nutrients and are exposed to different tastes.
• Healthy: We give preference to fresh and natural products, avoiding those fatty and too sweet.
• Individual approach: We take into account food allergies, intolerances and dietary characteristics of each child. If your child has dietary restrictions, let us know and we will create an individual menu for them. You can also bring food from home if necessary.

We understand how worrying it can be to send your child to kindergarten for the first time. Here are some tips to help make the transition smoother and more comfortable:

• Prepare your child in advance: Tell them about the daycare in a positive way, show them photos of the group and the playground, read books about daycare.
• Create a positive attitude: On the day of arrival at the daycare, support your child, tell them that you believe in them and that they will definitely cope with everything.
• Include your child in the game: When you come to the daycare, help your child join the game with other children or choose an interesting activity.
• Say goodbye clearly and confidently: Hug and kiss your child, tell them that you love them and will be back soon. Do not drag out the farewell and do not return if the child is crying - this will only increase their anxiety.
• Be honest: Do not leave secretly, the child should know that you are leaving but will definitely return. This will help them feel safe and trust the teachers.

We know how important it is for parents to see how their child spends the day at daycare. That's why we regularly take photos and videos of activities, games and walks.
